By accessing or using AimTrace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

When you purchase AimTrace, you are granted a license to use our software subject to the following conditions:

• The license is for a single FiveM server
• You may not redistribute or resell the software
• You may not modify or reverse engineer the software
• The license is valid only for the duration of your subscription

As a user of AimTrace, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering
• Maintain the security of your account
• Not attempt to bypass or disable the anticheat
• Report any bugs or vulnerabilities to our team

Payment terms:

• All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed securely through our payment providers
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if the product is unused

AimTrace is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from:

• Use or inability to use our services
• Server downtime or performance issues
• Actions taken against cheaters
• Third-party modifications or interference

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services:

• For violation of these terms
• For fraudulent or illegal activities
• For non-payment of fees
• At our sole discretion

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
